Dennis Tsesarsky
Founder and Managing Partner
Dennis Tsesarsky is the founder and Managing Partner of Onpeak Capital. Prior to founding Onpeak Capital, Mr. Tsesarsky headed renewable energy investment banking at Morgan Stanley, where he started his investment banking career in 2006 in the Global Power & Renewables Group.
He has extensive investment banking experience in the sector, having led numerous notable transactions. Mr. Tsesarsky was named 2020 Investment Banker of the Year by Power Finance & Risk*.
Mr. Tsesarsky earned his MBA from the Yale School of Management.
He holds Series 24, 63 and 7 licenses.
