Dennis Tsesarsky
Managing Partner
Dennis Tsesarsky is the founder and Managing Partner of Onpeak Capital. Prior to founding Onpeak Capital, Mr. Tsesarsky headed renewable energy investment banking at Morgan Stanley, where he started his investment banking career in 2006 in the Global Power & Renewables Group. Mr. Tsesarsky has extensive investment banking experience in the sector, having led numerous notable transactions. He was named 2020 Investment Banker of the Year by Power Finance & Risk*. Mr. Tsesarsky earned his MBA from the Yale School of Management. He holds Series 24, 63 and 7 licenses.
Justin Palmquist
Vice President
Justin Palmquist focuses on transactions for all forms of renewables. He has advised on over $6Bn in renewable energy sellside and buyside transactions. Prior to joining Onpeak Capital, Mr. Palmquist was a Senior Associate at CohnReznick Capital. Before CohnReznick, he was a Renewable Energy Analyst at GE Capital Energy Financial Services. Mr. Palmquist earned his MS in Financial Engineering & Risk Analytics and his BS in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He holds Series 63 and 79 licenses.
Alex Wight
Associate
Alex Wight focuses on transaction analytics and due diligence. He has advised on $1Bn in renewables transactions. Prior to joining Onpeak, Mr. Wight was an Associate at Wells Fargo Securities. Before Wells Fargo Securities, he spent four years at Chesapeake Utilities in various project finance and regulatory roles. Mr. Wight earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of North Florida. He holds Series 63 and 79 licenses.
