Onpeak Capital LLC, an independent M&A advisory boutique firm, has been formed to serve the growing renewable energy market.

Onpeak Capital will advise developers, infrastructure investors and corporate clients on divestitures and acquisitions of all forms of clean energy, including solar, battery storage, wind, green hydrogen, hydro, geothermal and biomass.

The Firm will focus on company level and asset transactions for both the distributed and utility scale renewable generation.
